Alzavola Bianco 2018 14% (Organic White) (Vegan)
Farming of grapes: This wine is obtained from a blend of the Pecorino grape and Malvasia, grown in the old vineyards selected in the municipalities of Orsogna, Filleto and Guardiagrele. They are small towns in the province of Chieti in the Abruzzo region of Italy. The soils are made up of textured lands and generally end with a limestone substrate and rocky outcrops sparse. The thermal values characterize a rather warm texture, with little annual rainfall and very high-temperature ranges; ideal conditions that have a positive influence on the quality of the grapes. Panting density is 1600 plants per hectare. A pergola training system is used for planting. The harvest takes place during the first ten days of October.
Vinification: When in an advanced state of ripeness, the grapes are harvested manually at a temperature ranging between 14 and 16 °C. The wine is stored in stainless steel tanks and bottled for 6 months.
